Patient-side

• Rescheduling: please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Requests made after this window incur a rescheduling fee of 50% of the session price.
• Cancelling 48 hours or more in advance: entitled to an 80% refund.
• Cancelling between 24 and 48 hours in advance: entitled to a 50% refund.
• Cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice, or a no-show: the session fee is non-refundable.
• First late cancellation or reschedule: waived at no cost. From the second onwards, the conditions above apply.

Ayza-side

• If we need to modify a session for personal or professional reasons, it will be rescheduled based on both parties' availability.
• The amount already paid by the patient will not be refunded under any circumstances.
